  1. Set specific and measurable goals: It’s important to have clear and specific goals in mind. Break them down into smaller, achievable tasks to help you stay focused and motivated as you make progress. Remember, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” – so don’t expect your goals to be achieved overnight either!
  2. Create a plan: A plan of action can help you stay organized and on track. This should include a timeline, specific tasks and deadlines, and any resources you need to complete each step. Think of it like a roadmap – without a plan, you’ll be lost and wandering aimlessly!
  3. Find accountability: Share your goals with someone you trust, such as a friend or family member, and ask them to hold you accountable for staying on track. Having someone to check in with can help keep you motivated and focused.
  4. Make time for your goals: Make sure you have dedicated time in your schedule to work on your goals. This could be a specific time of day or a certain number of hours each week. It’s important to prioritize your goals and make them a priority in your schedule. For busy folks, we highly encourage MORNING workouts before the day gets ahold of you. Just don’t forget to make time for fun too – you don’t want to turn into a goal-achieving robot!
  5. Use positive reinforcement: Reward yourself for making progress towards your goals. This could be something small, like a favorite treat or activity, or something more significant, like a day off or a new piece of equipment. Celebrating your progress can help keep you motivated and motivated to continue working towards your goals. Just don’t go overboard – you don’t want to end up with a fridge full of ice cream and a new bike in the garage…(or do you? Hmmm)!
  6. Stay positive: It’s important to stay positive and keep a growth mindset, even when things get tough. Remember that setbacks and challenges are a natural part of the process, and try to learn from them rather than getting discouraged. Pay more attention to the direction you are trending vs progress on any specific day.

Remember, big goals take time and effort. Embrace the process and keep your eyes on that “prize.”
