Welcome to weeks 2 and 3 of the Mud Run training guide. BPC specializes in endurance and sport performance training. The main goal is going to be to increase the frequency of training an athlete is doing prior to the goal event. Increasing the total duration or mileage of training on any day might cause injury, so this program has been broken down into shorter training sessions.
