  2. Equipment needed: resistance bands or dumbbells, a medicine ball (or just use a dumbbell), a physioball (exercise ball), and the occasional PVC pipe or broomstick for shoulder mobility work.
  3. Adding to Training Peaks (you can get a FREE account): Just follow this link, click BUY NOW, and use the code freestrong at checkout to get it for free. It will be added to your TP Acct.
  4. Want to access via our website just follow this link – and bookmark it so you can access it easily in the future!
  5. All you have to do is pull up the appropriate video, press play, and let us guide you through.
