GPAC Hammerfest is the rootin-est tootin-est ride in town. Welcome to all, with the disclosure that this is a drop ride with a lot of race simulation. It is where you come to get in a great workout, get humbled, get tough, and come back for more. Anyone who shows up consistently will improve. There is a relatively easy rollout, and then the ride goes hot at the corner of Raleigh Legrange and Monterey. In early spring the ride is one loop, but once we have enough daylight we will move to two loops or adjust the route to be longer. It is a great ride to work on effort regulation, pack riding skills, positioning, or throwing down big watts. The ride finishes at the top of Monterey Rd and rolls back in together to the start. If you’re in for some fun, come on out!
