Here are just a few of the weekly training events that our athletes and coaches attend regularly. This is by no means exhaustive. But the more you can get linked into the community the more fun you’ll have!
Weekly Group Rides
Weekly Group Runs
Fast Friday – Our weekly group track workout. We work form in the fall/winter and speed in the spring/summer. Coaches will take you through a warm up and cheer you on through the structured workout. All speeds welcome! On some occasions there are even treats at the end!
5:30 AM – Germantown High Track
Weekly Group Swims
Shelby Farms Open Water Swimming – From April to October we swim most every Sunday morning (excluding holiday weeks and race weeks) at Shelby Farms. Come practice your open water skills and improve your confidence in the open water.
