SPORT PERFORMANCE CAMPS
BPC Specializes in sport specific performance camps. No matter the activity, we will focus on training the dominant movement patters of the athlete’s sport. All camps will focus on BPC’s 5 Pillars of sport performance which are: speed, power, agility, endurance, and injury prevention. In addition, all camps will have an emphasis on improving faulty or incorrect movement mechanics for the purpose of increasing performance and greatly reducing the risk of season ending injuries.
SPEED AND AGILITY CAMPS
Our speed and agility camps are structured exactly the same as our performance camps except we spend the entire camp focusing on acceleration, top speed, and multidirectional movement mechanics as well as reaction time, change of direction technique, and neuromuscular coordination. The pricing structure is the same as a Performance Camp.
BPC ICOACH
Are you self motivated but not sure about how to run your own personal fitness or performance training program? We can help. After a quick Q and A to find out your goals, present fitness levels, medical history, and preferred monthly contact, we will design a program for you that will set you on the way to achieving your fitness and performance goals. At least once a month month we will contact you to assess the program, and then make changes based on your present performance. Our Compete Level iCoach clients have unlimited access to our knowledgeable coaching staff via email and phone..
PEAKFIT TRAINING CAMP
BPC’s PeakFit Camp is an intense hour of fitness fun. You will be under the supervision of one of our experienced coaches and guided through the entire session while training just like a professional athlete. Are you a part of a running club or other athletic organization? Has your company been talking about hosting fitness classes before or after business hours? We can set up a private PeakFit Camp and tailor it to address the common needs of your sport or group.
PERSONAL/TEAM TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE COACHING
We offer full service personal training and performance coaching for athletes and individuals of any age and fitness level. From basketball to cheerleading, newbie to professional, ironman or fresh off the couch, we can guide you to reach your fitness and sport performance goals.
