BPC Performance Systems was established with one goal in mind, to give athletes and sport enthusiasts the training they need to perform at their best when it counts the most. We know training is not a seasonal thing. In today’s world, there is no off season. At BPC, we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to improving performance. We apply the ideals of periodization and specificity to all of our performance systems.
Periodization is a systematic approach to performance training that produces a highly predictable “peak” in performance at a predetermined time. It is a principle used around the world by most every elite athlete and team in every highly competitive sport. By producing a “peak,” your team or athlete will be at their highest fitness levels of the season just when they need it most. Following the ideal of specificity, we will focus on training and strengthening the dominant movement patterns of your sport or activity to increases performance.
Together, the BPC team has over 20 years experience in sport, fitness, and sport performance training. We still train and compete in various sports ourselves, and will continue to do so because it is our passion. Our team is degreed and holds and a number of certifications in the field and we continue to further our education in the realm of sport and human performance. To this day we have had the pleasure to work with many athletes and have helped several of them take their sporting career to the next level.
